LAKE PLACID 2010

I headed up to Lake Placid to watch John Hirsch (www.johnhirsch.org) and HolisticGuru (www.holisticguru.blogspot.com) do one of the most well known ironman races. I have heard about Lake Placid ever sense i got into triathlon 10 years ago, and even just spectating it lived up to the hype.
