I was up in New York City this past weekend and did a great interview with Christine Lynch founder of www.LiveandeatBetter.com a Holistic nutrition company. we discussed how she got into the crazy sport of triathlon and what its like training in NYC.

This past monday was marathon monday in Boston. where the crown jewel of marathoning was happening. inside this epic race there was another race very few knew about.

A Sasquatch was trying to crush a Mango.

I decided that such an epic race needed to have an epic play by play. I am hoping to put out an Old timey horse race announcer style radio broadcast.

Hoping to have this done in the next two weeks.

-Review and reveal of my next race.

I have decided on a race for this season and now have an arch rival for it as well. This will be my first race with a purpose other then it something to do on a sunday. I’ll have more thoughts on this in the near future.

I had some ideas for some other podcasts and projects but Brett from

Zen and the Art of Triathlon

Which is an AMAZING podcast. Has already done most of the ideas i am coming up with. Realizing how I was coming up with the ideas. Considering I have been listening from show 10. All that means is I need to up my game and get out in front of the big dog and think of some original stuff.

Behind the Scenes stuff....

You may have noticed long lags between shows. This is not really my fault, well it is sort of my fault.

Because I have switched from staring into my MacBook, to now having a semi proper camera. The files sizes have increased as the quality has gone up. Even with a lot of compression these shows are getting bigger.

I only have so much space a month to host my shows, so the bigger the shows the less shows i am able to host a month.

I am working on a solution and you might see some adds show up on the site, my ultimate gaol is to get the podcast to pay for itself so i can upgrade equipment and hosting sizes.
